basically there are several ways to make the latte but i chose the easy way out by whisking the milk, sugar and matcha powder together. i thought it bears an uncanny resemblance's to starbucks so it was really a bonus. i also made some matcha mushi pan (japanese steamed buns) to go along which i will post in a separate entry next time.
