i couldnt resist taking a pic of these berries after i got them last night at giant coz they were so fresh!! i havent seen strawberries like that (pardon my ignorance) simply because the ones available here are always too tart, unripe and simply not appealing at all. im referring to the driscolls' and egyptian ones. but these babies here are not only sweet, but juicy, succulent and imparted a wonderful aroma. at S$6.50 a punnet, these korean air-flown strawberries are just so worth the money i paid for. i wanted to use them to make a cake, but eventually hubby and i ate them fresh coz it'll be a waste to use them in cakes!
